Dr Paul Chapman

Dr Paul Chapman is a Senior Staff Specialist in Infectious Diseases at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital and Visiting Medical Officer at St Andrew’s War Memorial Hospital, providing specialist consultation across general infectious diseases, bone and joint infection, antimicrobial stewardship, tropical medicine, zoonoses, transplantation medicine and sexual health.

He combines senior infectious diseases practice with research leadership, clinical governance and physician education. His qualifications include Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians, a Master of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, and a PhD on the development of a human hookworm vaccine.
