Dr David Shepherd

Orthopaedic Surgeon

Dr David Shepherd is a General Orthopaedic Surgeon with 30 years’ experience post fellowship with experience in joint replacement particularly the knee, hip and shoulder.

Dr Shepherd is an experienced medico-legal consultant and has performed medicolegal reports for 26 years since beginning private practice in 1997. Dr David is a Certified Independent Medical Legal Examiner with the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners. He became certified in the Queensland Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment in 2014. Dr Shepherd has provided reports for Workcover insurers since 1997 for both plaintiffs and defendants.
